If you are not openly informing what should be done by your teammates, you will find it difficult to beat the deadlines. People will make you sit free in the morning and will approach you on evening to finish the tasks. Otherwise, you will get calls each ten minutes to know what should be done for the task. That can harm your productivity by giving multitasking in a limited time. Poor performance of your team mates shows you are unclear about the project which you are handling. As a manager, you have to explain ‘what are your expectations on the project, and who should do what and by when’.
