What Kills a 'Best' Manager?

2. Credit Line:

Though most of the things we do are a team work, we all have the instinct to grab the credit to our name. We can find these Credit suckers everywhere. Taking the credit on what your team does never help you to become best among other managers. Your attitude should not give a message like “whatever is done should be credited to you”.  Praising one or two of your team mates will never appreciate others on their work. You have to appreciate the right guy at the right time (immediately after his great work). And you must know you are not the boss but just the manager. You just do it in the right way by looking out the project development and make sure it goes well.
