1. Give proper notice period of two to three weeks before to your employer, so that they won’t get to know through gossips and if your schedule of quitting the job is flexible then stay there for a much longer time and train a proper replacement to your post.

2. Get things in order before you leave, if in case you are quitting the job in the middle of a project and make sure your entire team has all the access to the tools and information needed in completion of the assigned work.

3. Make sure you say goodbye to all of them and thank all your colleagues who helped you during your service and if you want provide your contact details with whoever you want to keep in touch.

4. Work as much as possible during your last week in your company so that you will be remembered as the hard worker and a strong contributor till the end.
