Not every employer, but few are giving time and space to its female employees to help them balance both family and work. Some companies are keen to keep their best women in the staff. While there are fewer possibilities are left to choose, most of the women regret that they would not have any option to stay with the job. It is better for you to find out a company that has some flexibility to adjust their employees’ needs for a short period when they try to balance their parental life with young kids around.

2. Figure out the flexible possibilities
Some times company policies are left being a demo which none of the employees follow. In some companies, due to recession, employees are tended to be serious and not making advantage of what the company policies offer them. Even if you tend to make advantage of them, you will be remarked as not serious about career growth. Bachelor employees are likely to spend more time at office which makes them look very serious about the work and it makes them having a significant role. Though, there is less work, some spend hours at work just to make an impression. So, it is hard to take the advantage of flexible working hours as it is stigmatized in many companies.
