Building a positive attitude before an interview makes you feel confident and energetic. HR do get impressed with candidates who have "can- do" attitude and are cool enough to face a situation of crisis. Negative sentences about the past employers can spoil your image as the HR may think that you have a criticizing attitude and that you can also criticize their company in the future as well.
