4. Middle School Teacher:

Middle school teachers educate students, in-between sixth and eighth standard. They effortlessly switch between lessons, parent / teacher meeting and administrative duties, with utmost ease. Their main objective is to help students build on the fundamentals they learned in elementary school and prepare them to face the difficulties of the high school. Middle school teaching is a challenging task where the teacher is forced to develop new and innovative teaching modules and teaching materials to meet varying needs of demanding students; maintain correct, complete and accurate student records as required by laws, administrative regulators and district policies; grade, administer and prepare assignments and tests to assess student progress; establish clear objectives for all projects, lessons and units, and efficiently communicate these objectives to students; assist students who require additional help and efficiently prepare and incorporate remedial programs, etc.

The educational requirement to become a middle school teacher in India is a bachelor’s degree and a D.Ed (Diploma in Education).
