3. Kris Gopalakrishnan:
Kris Gopalakrishnan, the Co-founder and executive Co- Chairman of Infosys, asked the question, “How can you define success and what does that success mean to your family and friends?”
By asking these questions and by his interaction with the young managers, he was very eager to know about the leadership qualities and wanted to understand their enthusiasm towards their job, how is their involvement in the social work and as well as their learning experiences as a leader of their teams, respectively. Apart from that, he also measured them according to their definition success and their goals.
According to him, everyone can be prepared well to make them successful leaders. Nevertheless, based on their task and results, one has to choose the right person as the leader.
4.  Rajan Anandan:
Rajan Anandan, Managing Director of Google India, asked the future young leaders for an example of a project where they had contributed to a huge extent to a client’s business.
Through this question he was trying to measure the candidate’s strategic and operational abilities and the answer for his question could also throw light on whether the candidate has the ability to drive big decisions and influence people around them.
Anandan saud that, if you as a future young leader is not strategic by the time you are 30 years of age, later it will be very difficult to build strategic muscle.
