Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Delhi  

The second institution set up by the Ministry of Tourism, GoI under the guidance of Sir Belfield Smith is IHM-Delhi. The programs offered by the institution includes MSc in administration and dietetics & food service management, BSc in hospitality and hotel administration, post graduate courses, and diploma courses in food and beverage service and in bakery and confectionery along with a few craftsmanship courses.

Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Aurangabad  

IHM, Aurangabad was formed by the alliance of two institutions—the internationally renowned scholar, Dr. Rafiq Zakaria’s - Maulana Azad Educational Trust and Taj Group. To secure admission in this college, the candidate has to go through a profiling test followed by group discussion and personal interview. Programs offered at IHM-Aurangabad are 4 year BA (honours) in hotel management and culinary arts.

Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Bangalore

IHM Bangalore was set up (as a joint initiative) by the Government of India as well as the Government of Karnataka in 1969. The institution offers courses such as MSc in hospitality administration, BSc in hotel management, Post graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operations, and other certificate courses in different domains. IHM-Aurangabad even offers short term courses for working women and housewives.

Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Chennai 

 Jointly established by Government of India and Government of Tamil Nadu, IHM-Chennai was established in 1963. Programs offered by IHM- Chennai are diploma courses in Food Production, Bakery and Confectionary, and in few other subjects. Besides, they even offer certificate courses, and MSc and BSc degrees.
