The number of employees in this prestigious company is around 257,000 as of 2012.

This management consulting giant recruits mostly from Top and Tier 1 schools, especially for the management consulting division. It usually hires grads from FMS (Faculty of Management Studies), IIM-A, IIM-B, and IIM-C. It looks at places like SIBM (Symbiosis Institute if Business Management), NIITE amongst others to hire candidates for technology division.
