It is a multinational management consulting, technology services and outsourcing giant that has nearly a third of its employee-base in India. This company is continuing to aggressively increase these numbers by creating numerous job opportunities in a wide variety of areas. The number of employees in this prestigious company is around 257,000 as of 2012.

This management consulting giant recruits mostly from Top and Tier 1 schools, especially for the management consulting division. It usually hires grads from FMS (Faculty of Management Studies), IIM-A, IIM-B, and IIM-C.
