3. Ask for their opinion: Always ask the person who is criticizing you for a solution that he has to offer so that their advice can help you to do as well as work better in future. Nivedita Agashe, copywriter, Taproot India says. "When my seniors criticize my work, I regularly ask them for feedback. This way I make sure I don't miss out on anything and with their perspective in my mind, it's much easier to rework a copy".

4. Have Confidence in Yourself: Even if you realize that the person criticizing you is wrong, you should definitely keep in mind to wait for the right time, making sure that the person is ready to listen to you. "Make your point in a confident and detailed manner. Assess what you are saying in your head before you actually say it. If the other person is still not ready to listen, approach someone higher up and explain the situation. But use this only as a last resort," says Pravin.
