He also points out that, the IT departments are in need of more employees with specific backgrounds, but as there are cloud vendors to handle the given tasks, there is a need for very less support and maintenance positions.

Though the hiring of software development professionals are in demand in 2013, but there might be less chance of getting hired if you are an inexperienced software developer and along with that, if you are not able to collaborate and lack the ability to think with a business mindset.
Berridge also said that, if you just know the skill of developing the code and have no ability to work in a team that there is a great chance for risk and also your skill set can be outsourced.
