The Biggest Career Mistakes You Make in Your 20s

Mistake 2# In a job where you are not learning

Everyday waking up saying to yourself to get ready for the same monotonous work is hard to get along. Learning new things makes work easy, fun and accurate. The mantra is to get a job, which can help you grow as a person, and can provide you with a platform to polish your skills.

In scenario where you prefer the same work every day, you are backing yourself off from gaining new skills,

learning new activities and most importantly development. Not able to learn and not learning is totally different, first seek out what you like to do and then take the necessary steps.

If you are a keen learner and your job doesn’t provide you with much opportunity, change it! There’s no work as a waste of time unless you take it as a learning process. 20s is a crucial time for youngsters as this is the time where they are open to experiment, adaptation, and learning vital industry skills to climb the success ladder.

Mistake 3 # Prioritizing money than your dreams

Achieving your dreams and becoming famous is everyone’s dream. Along with getting famous and known, materialistic gains are important too; as it provides a base for survival. Money is important but ignoring a job, which interests you and provide you with sufficient opportunities to hone your skills just because it pays you less, is a grave mistake to make in your 20s.

Instead of suppressing your dreams to get a hefty pay check follow your dreams and ideas. Focus on working on an idea if you have any, like the multi-national-billionaire company you would be working for, was made out of an idea.
