The German company Boehringer Ingelheim pays for an employee to bring her parents along on longer trip, as they know that some families object young women travelling all alone.

Companies like E & Y put all kinds of effort for family members to understand that how much they value their daughters work; therefore, in order to keep the employee as well as their family members happy, they regularly sponsor family visits in the company.
