Suman Srivastava, CEO, Euro RSCG India Quits

Mumbai: Suman Srivastava, Chief Executive Officer, Euro RSCG, Global Advertising and Marketing Organization, has filed his resignation with the company. Currently he's serving his notice period which is for another three months. He is functioning as the head of strategic planning for India and West Asia for Euro RSCG. Srivastava's association with the company has been for last 15 years. Srivastava got appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company in June 2006. Earlier he served as President and Director of the agency at some point. He was the member of the original team headed by Ishan Raina to start Euro RSCG. He headed the Mumbai office for three years before moving to strategic planning. He also served as the Brand Manager, Unilever for a year. He's been closely associated with the brands like Philips. Intel, Microsoft, Sony Entertainment Television, State Bank Of India, HDFC, so on. An alumnus of IIMA, Srivastava was an aspiring journalist who started his career in advertising with Lintas, Mumbai and worked there for seven years before moving to SSC&B Lintas where he acquired the position of Vice-President. He has also been a member of Euro RSCG's Global Planning Council and chairperson of the Emerging Markets Planning Council. Srivastava is a member of the global executive committee of Euro RSCG. He led Euro RSCG's studies on 'Remixed Generation', which was carried out in India, China, Mexico and Brazil.
