2. Success Brings Over Confidence:

Confidence while carrying out tasks is a good quality to have. It allows an individual to get past the doubts and helps them to take appropriate actions, which will ultimately lead to success.

But over confidence is never a good quality to have. It is the opposite extreme of distraction. Over confidence is bound to create a narrow vision, which in turn can hinder an individual’s ability to use the available resources to the fullest and can lead to self destruction.  In addition, over confidence can breed arrogance within an individual; create a feeling of hatred among the peers; hinder their development; bother others; and embarrass themselves. Also they might try to dominate people around them, which make other people feel uncomfortable and insecure.

Over confidence might also put an individual’s mind off the fundamentals and hinder their competence.
