Handle your team successfully:

If you are responsible to hire for your team, make sure you hire the right person at the first step. After you have hired the right candidates, it’s your responsibility to guide them towards success. You must encourage them in every task they perform, you must sit with them and plan how to complete the assigned task successfully. You must help them to improve in areas they are lagging behind without ignoring them. At the end, when they are successful in completing their tasks, you must recognize and reward them as it makes them feel good and motivates them to perform well in the future.

Make your team confident:

Confidence is a must to attain success. Many of the employees who have joined new to the company have the habit of taking their seniors as their role models. If you find your newly joined teammate successful and enjoying work in the short period of time, the credit goes to consistency and confidence. All the employees need the attention from their leads every time. At the same way, even you as the leader should make sure that they have the confidence in you as well as in themselves.
