5. Give Explanations For The Gaps In Your Work History: Being an experienced candidate, you must be aware of the tough competition in the recruitment process. Don’t leave a single mistake that may lessen your chance of getting selected. You must be able to give relevant explanation for the gaps in your work history if any and include them in your resume. This will make a good impression on the HR and will lead your way to the next step of getting hired.

6. Don’t Lie Or Exaggerate: It is mandatory to be honest with the details that you provide in your resume in order to avoid any misconceptions in the long run. Sometimes, the recruiter cross check the details to test the trustworthiness of a candidate and if they get any wrong details your candidature at the process or in future you are  likely to be rejected or thrown out of the Company immediately without giving a a next thought. Try to humble in what you put on your resume. Be to the point and specific and mention only what you possess. Don’t exaggerate your skills, experiences or any vital information as in the long run when you are unable to stand on the qualities mentioned, you will be termed as a lier and would be terminated from your work.
