Bangalore: EMC, a developer and provider of information infrastructure solutions, has announced the appointment of Shobhit Mathur as the Head of its Content Management and Archiving (CMA) business in India and SAARC. Mathur joins EMC from CORDYS, where he was the Director for Sales. In a career spanning 18 years, Shobhit has held senior sales positions in sales and channels and alliances at companies including SAP, Oracle, Compaq and Digital. Announcing the appointment, Manoj Chugh, President, EMC India & SAARC, said, "I am confident that Shobhit, with his vast experience and strong track record in the IT industry, will help expand EMC's strategic reach with our Content Management and Archiving solutions."
