The company that ranks 2nd in the list, scored high in terms of career growth prospects, work life balance, performance evaluation, stability and other HR practices. In addition, the company is also highly regarded for making sure that employees are happy at work.

The world’s second most valuable company ‘TCS’ is among the common name that tops the list of best companies to work for, but this year it slipped to the third spot as against 1st in the last years rankings.
Headquartered in Mumbai, TCS is a company that has constantly thrived to keep their employees productive and happy in their run for success. The company that ranks high on performance evaluation, HR practices and stability also has the lowest attrition rate in the sector and this perhaps explains why most of the Tata Company’s total cost is incurred on its personnel.
