As per the second annual Talent Trends report for 2015, 48 percent of active talent that are content with their job are scouting new job opportunities in India. The survey takes in over 20,000 professionals from 29 countries, this includes close to 1000 professionals in India in comprehending their attitude at each stage of the job search.
With the surge in the Indian economy, positivity is extended more efficiently among the talents in India as well as in conversations, despite their satisfaction in their respected job role. Therefore in hopes of winning top preference in the dynamic landscape, hirers are looking to move their approach to a prominent employer brands.
