Job switch entails a lot of careful considerations. Some of the considerations are short-term, while others are long-term. But prioritizing the two is often the bone of contention with regards to the job seekers.

The possible solution to this problem is to first identify the concerns and prioritize them as the need. For example, in case of making a bigger career change, finding a new job that you are qualified for is the first priority, and building on your proficiency to make a bigger jump will be your second priority. 

3. Trapping Yourself With A Negative Outlook

Be optimistic and never trap yourself in a negative outlook. This is because negative thoughts can have an adverse effect on your actions and your personality, and you will ultimately end up in a deep abyss.
