Bangalore: Madhabi Puri-Buch is likely to quit as Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Securities for personal reasons. Puri has been with ICICI group for over 15 years. She took on her present role in February 2009 after the retirement of S Mukherji. As per the reports Puri is likely to be replaced by Anup Bagchi, Executive Director at ICICI Securities. She is management graduate from IIM-Ahmedabad. There are also other sources who say it as a rumor. ICICI had already faced three senior-level exits starting from Shikha Sharma, who was MD & CEO to V Vaidyanathan, MD & CEO of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
