Companies have to work with greater speed and transparency, which is only possible with wide scale adoption of an open culture and a flat hierarchy."
In addition, around 70 pct find it helpful when organizations exercise social media to reach out to employees and only 56 pct of the employees actually find it effective. Also 32 pct employers consider career portals and company rating/peer review websites to enhance their employer-brand while 44 pct of the employees find it helpful and effective.
