NRI Hiring Might be Doubled in India Inc in 2013

The entire study was carried out across 4,453 firms operating in 12 different industry verticals around 11 major Indian cities. Hiring NRIs are believed to be worthy by the Indian firms because the firms believe that these people are culturally better fit than compared to other professionals. Apart from that, the NRIs have become very easy to get hired given in the economic uncertainties in the developed world. Kamala Karanth, Managing Director of recruitment firm Kelly Services told that, for the senior hires in the IT sector, salary is not at all a differentiator any longer.
Apart from that, even the number of NRIs aspiring for a job in India has also significantly increased from the last few quarters, said Rajesh Kumar, CEO of My-HiringClub.com.
The survey reported that maximum number of CVs from NRIs are coming from European nations with [30 percent], followed by 20 percent CVs coming from Middle East and United States and the rest coming from Asia-Pacific regions.
