Well, this is one thing you need to avoid completely at work place; unless there are some natural disasters, because when you have the zeal, passion, commitment to do a task there is nothing that can stop you from doing the impossible.

Your piece of advice would have done wonders for a co-worker at that point of time, but that doesn’t mean it will always continue to do the same. Try not to take advantage of yourself that things will change only if you tell.
