Sheryl Kara Sandberg, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Facebook, is one of the most respected businesswomen in the modern world. With a list of honors ranging from entry into the list of “50 Most Powerful Women in Business" by Fortune Magazine and "50 Women to Watch" by The Wall Street Journal to "25 Most Influential People on the Web" by Business Week and "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women" by Forbes, Sandberg has emerged as a great inspiration to many, especially women.

Sandberg made headlines in 2013, through her book titled ‘Lean In’. And as per Facebook’s exec, this book is intended to encourage women who are generally plagued by gender bias at workplace to seek out for bigger executive roles and persuade them to ask more in their career.
