Do women perceive compensation more positively?

Surprisingly, more women are said to have a bonus compared to men. Nearly half of the surveyed reported being paid a bonus. Compared to the 45 percent of men, 53 percent women are receiving a bonus. The study has found women are more impacted by their compensation where only 17 percent surveyed women are reportedly said if their friends know how much they could make, probably they would feel bad.  Women are said to have perceived their compensation better than men anyway. The results show that women are more satisfied than their male counterparts and they would like to make a positive experience with their compensation.

Are they more honest than men?

Not much difference has mentioned when it comes to honest at workplace. 1 out of 7 working women tend to lie when it comes to sick days and 1 in 5 men said to lie in the same. Though most of the workers are more sincere about their sick days, still mental health is more important for both men and women to work. The study says employers should be more flexible in terms of work as the employees need to balance life and work being without untruthful. Sometimes employees need an off-day as they suffer from heavy-loaded work on past day, sometimes it may be for an interview for another job.  84 percent employees are being honest when they take an off-day.
