Mastersoft appoints Gayatri Dhawan as Manager Technical Partner

Bangalore: Mastersoft, the market leader in customer information and data quality solutions, has appointed Gayatri Dhawan as Manager Technical Partner Support for the Harmony series of customer data quality products. In her new position, Gayatri will be focusing on building strategic partnerships with clients and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations for the client account. She is responsible for managing support services for customer information management technical solutions involving Mastersoft's harmony data quality series of products for Australia, New Zealand and India. "Customer data in India is unique, complex and varied and we will build expert systems and reasonong engines that can be applied to customer data quality issuess in context", said Gayatri. Gayatri joined Masterosoft in March 2007 as Product Support Manager to manage support of Mastersoft's blue-chip BFSI, government and telecommunications customer base in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Mastersoft, Gayatri has the experience working as a technical consultant with leading organisations in the banking, finance, insurance and supply chain space in Australia, Malasia and Syngapore. "Gayatri's rich experience in will play a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships with clients and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations in India and the Asia Pacific region," said Sue Hyland, CEO, Mastersoft Research. Gayatri holds Bachelor's degree in Science, Masters in Psychology and Diploma in Computer programming technology from control data institute (Sydney).
