Lenovo India Names New Executive Director for Service and Support
Bangalore: Lenovo India announced the appointment of Sudipto Ghosh as Executive Director- Service and Support. In his new role, he will lead customer service, steering the Contact Center, Field Service, Service Business and Customer Delight functions for Lenovo India. Sudipto will develop the end-to-end customer service and support across the three business segments of consumer, relational and SMB.
Sudipto joins Lenovo with a wealth of experience in strategizing and managing the service operations for various companies. His area of expertise lies in setting up service provider networks, world-class contact centres, state-of-art repair centres, central support warehouses and all-in-one regional support warehouses.

Prior to Lenovo, Sudipto has held senior roles such as Chief Customer Support Officer of Acer India, where he played a critical role in creating the company’s service infrastructure. His other successful stints have been with Compaq India, Pertech Computers Limited and Tata Steel.
Sudipto holds a B. Tech Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering as well as an MBA in Technology Management. He is an Honorary Member in the Advisory Board of The Service Council™, Boston, USA, which is a global community of Services Executives.
