2. Acquiring knowledge and growing:  In your workplace there are lots of ‘professional learning’ that you need to obtain. However, acquiring all the knowledge is going to be useless if you do not use it in a good productive way. Evidently, you will become a more valuable asset to your company by obtaining knowledge and skills, but it is good for you to look for different career paths, where you can use your skills and abilities in a better way. Of course you should be loyal to your current firm, but it is more important for you to move ahead in life and develop as a person, for which planning is quite necessary.
