This is one of the most common reasons job seekers fail to impress the employers and it’s also one of the main reasons candidates lose out on great opportunities.  The only barrier they can put to this is by not discussing salary in the early stages of the screening process.

My Weakness Is I Care Too Much/Work Too Hard
More often than not job seekers tend to reveal their weakness in some possible way and this in turn gives an opportunity for employers to judge your personality.  So until and unless employers ask a standard interview question relating to weakness, never voluntarily talk about it.
