Do you think your boss is a psychopath? Are you working under a psycho boss? When we think about boss, we feel that they are the perfect individual who is worth being a role model. We picture a different personality in our mind about bosses. But different bosses carry different personalities and they exhibit different traits, patterns and habits. However a study revealed that business leaders are four times more likely to be psychopaths than ordinary people. The study also says that one in every 25 companies are believed to be have mental disorder boss but disguises it through their high status, charm and manipulation at the workplace. Psychopath can be defined as a mental disorder with lack of empathy and shallow emotions. These people are highly prone to antisocial behavior and abusive treatment of others. Though they lack empathy and emotional depth, they often manage to pass themselves off as normal people by pretending emotions and lying about their pasts.
