Genpact is a worldwide supplier of business process and technology management services. The company is based in Gurgaon, India and was founded in the year 1997. It was earlier owned by GE Capital International Services. The company operates from India, China, Hungary, Mexico, Poland and other countries. At Present, Tiger Tyagarajan is serving as its President and CEO and he was recently in news for being the highest paying CEO in India. 55,400 employees are working for Genpact as of 2012.
