According to a premier product by TimesJobs.com JobBuzz, which helps the employees to take good career decisions, it has be reported as the most preferred companies for the employees are the one which has a good pay package as well as a good job profile. By this you can know that the job position and the salary are the deciding factors for the employees to take up the job.
