Through that survey we saw that Indians have remained on the top with an overall engagement ranking of 74 percent. But there is a dramatic increase in the engagement level of the Chinese employees as they have jumped into the second spot. This survey found that 48 percent of Australians reported a "positive relationship" between staff and management and just around 38 percent said that their managers inspired them to be effective in their job. In that list, Japan was the country which came last in that list with only 33 percent of respondents saying they worked for a "good organization".
