IIBS collaborates with SAP for education services

Bangalore: International Institute of Business Management (IIBS) has announced that they are going to initiate the association with SAP and its delivery partner Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SISPL) to offer SAP education services at its Bangalore, Noida and Kolkata campuses. IIBS was started in 2008, and now the institution has more than 1100 students and they offer MBA, BBM, BCA and B COM courses. The SAP and project management course will be offered to MBA students as part of their curriculum delivered by SISPL. The students will also be able to pursue modules like Accounting, Management Accounting, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Process Integration as well as SAP NetWeaver Application Development. "U-Academy", the SAP University Alliances program will be offered to all the IIBS MBA students of September, 2010 batch onwards. IIBS would be the first educational partner of SISPL under which SISPL would provide Project Management courses to its students. Through this program, students will experience the next generation SAP products and solution. Dr. Jay Prakash Ram, Chairman, IIBS said, "There is continuous demand for qualified SAP consultants across India and the globe, we have integrated a diverse curricular that simulate multiple environments of an SAP implementation, to enrich the learning effectiveness by replicating on-the job scenarios. The courses and Business Reality Simulation (BRS) strategy are designed in the institution in a way that should match the international standards.
