I can tell you that it is not an easy way but more painful and tough as you will not get an overnight solution. You need to spent time to find about yourself and your view about work. Quitting your job is not the easy way to step in another profession. You have to think of your survival and high competent job market. If you are sure of your career goals, you can take the lead to pursue your vision regardless of doing the job which you hate. 

If you quit your job without knowing what you want to do next, you should be ready to sacrifice your valued time and money. Until you get a new job, you need to grapple the uncertainties which can occur from the time you walked out. Are you sure of that you will get enough time and money to grab your ‘next’ dream job?

But, I can warn you that sometimes even if you get that ideal job which you wished for, it cannot satisfy you. You have already tried many different jobs in search of your passion. You can do a little home work by writing down the experiences you could explore and how much it revealed what you can and what you cannot. You need to put some effort for self-discovery. While understanding your skills, talents and interests you can easily fix where you want to be. If your EQ level is less, it is advisable for you to consult a career analyst.
