HYSEA & JNTU-Hyderabad Signs MoU to Work with J-HUB Initiative

HYSEA, (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) and JNTU-Hyderabad signed a MoU to collaborate on the J-HUB initiative with an aim to create a culture of Innovation, Product Development, Incubation and Entrepreneurship across JNTU-H Colleges.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Prof. A. Venugopal Reddy, Vice-Chancellor JNTU-H, Prof. N. Yadaiah, Registrar, JNTU-H and Murali Bollu, President, HYSEA & CEO, ZenQ, signed the MoU. Also present on the occasion were G Vijaya Kumari, Professor & Director, J-HUB, JNTU-H, Sesha M Rao, MD, Insideview Technologies, R. Srinivas Rao, COO-HYSEA and Ramesh Loganathan, Professor- Co-Innovation, & Head - Innovation/Research Outreach, IIIT-H.

Prof. A. Venugopal Reddy says, “I am sure this MoU will go a long way in helping facilitate close cooperation between the Industry and Academia to achieve the common goals of promoting a culture of Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in campuses across JNTU-H”. He also claims that MoU would help in more industry relevant research to be taken up by the Academia.

Founded in 2008, JNTU-H is located across the State of Telangana and offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs in Engineering, Science, Technology and Management. It works with the industry to build the culture of innovation, product development, incubation and entrepreneurship to boost the quality and relevance of program’s graduates.


After signing the MoU, Murali says, “HYSEA and JNTU-H have been partners in promoting student innovation and entrepreneurship activities for some time now through the JNTU Excite program. We would be very happy to take on the role of Knowledge Partners and mentors to help J-Hub in building an active Innovation ecosystem for the benefit of students and the faculty”.

Its relationship with ITE & C Dept. of Govt of Telangana, STPI – Hyderabad and with various industry bodies like NASSCOM, FICII and more helps to promote the growth of IT & ITES industry in the state.
