Emotions are driven by various factors; you will have to be self aware when you are going through one. Being conscious about what you speak and how you are reacting becomes very important in a workplace. It is like a default thing in your system. You raise your voice against someone; sulked away as someone said something really nasty to you or rather you might have not said anything at all because you could not find the words. Conflicts are like one of the offers you get in a package at a workplace and if you are not skilled enough to manage your own emotions, it's even harder to handle it when others are emotional in your presence.
