The best way to get rid of your stress is to be in good physical shape. Body workout is as important as brain workout, as it reduces stress. Try and go out to participate in such activities, as it will accentuate positivity around you and will last long. Working out does not refer to spending hours in the gym; a few minutes in a day is sufficient to get rid of the unwanted stress.
