Prefer a younger mentor:
Younger mentors in an organization can always add value to new ventures. So, when you are selecting a mentor try to prefer for a younger mentor. Guidance by a mentor who is young is more beneficial as they are more familiar to new fields and areas like advanced technology. When you find any mentor younger than you, do not ignore and think that he or she cannot suggest you anything. Instead make sure you take their suggestions or guidance as there is no harm in it.
