1.  Make sure all their expectations are cleared:

If you assign any particular task for the employees, definitely they will be having few doubts regarding that. So, as a manager, it is your duty to clear what you expect them to do and what is the goal that they are suppose to attain. Also make sure all your best talented employees are engaged in their work all time. Just by explaining what you expect from them is not enough, you need to follow up their work there and then and be supportive to them in their each move, so that it helps them to strengthen their working capacity.

2.  Communicate well with them:

Communication helps you to learn what others think. So, as a manager, it is your responsibility to have a perfect two-way communication with your employees / teammates, than just maintaining a one way communication as usual, where only you will be talking without letting them to place their opinion. A good two-way communication will be very much helpful for you as a manager as you can tell your employees what you expect from them and what they need to do, as well as for the employees to share their ideas and opinion with you without any feeling of you are high and they are low.
