How to Handle a Bad Co- worker?

2. Tell him that you are aware of what he is doing: We really hate the person who talks bad about us and our work to others. This kind of a person are often called as the backstabbers, who are useless, and does their level best to make you look bad in front of your colleagues and boss. Keep in mind that these kinds of people are actually dangerous as they can spoil your whole reputation in your workplace. If your co- worker is a backstabber, tell him that you are aware of what he is doing, he may disagree with the accusation and deny but he will definitely get the message that you are noticing his deeds.

3. Avoid: It is always advisable to avoid a bad co- worker who is causing problems at workplace, if you see that the bad colleague of yours is coming towards you, show him or her that you are quite engaged with your work and thus you don’t have time to listen to that person. Likewise, you can suggest that person to send an email mentioning the points that he or she wants to tell you.  By this, you are sure to give that person a message that you are avoiding him or her.
