5. The Backstabber There is famous saying, "looks are deceptive". Therefore, never judge a person from his outward behavior. Back stabbers pretend to be nice and helpful outwardly. They do this to assemble explosives and utilize them to cause trouble. It is always advisable to be aware of them as they can cause damage to your reputation by highlighting your mistakes in front of others. You can easily handle these people by concentrating on your job. They can't say anything if you are doing your work well. If you feel the backstabber is seriously trying to ruin your career, note down carefully the dates, times, witnesses and what they have said. Approach them directly, or complain to the manager.
