Credit grabbers are likely to be there at your workplace. They are the ones who like taking all the credit for a successful project, without mentioning the names of other co-worker who had equal hands for the accomplishment of the project. Credit grabbers are usually insecure and disappear when certain things go wrong in the office. If this happens for the first time you can accept it as a mistake. If it happens regularly, it cannot be ignored. It is advisable to maintain written records of your activities and accomplishments. Also, provide your boss with regular status reports about the projects you are working on so that they are also informed about your role in the project.
