4.Be a Socialite: Team up with your colleagues and volunteer to organize a special team outing such as lunch parties, picnics or drink parties after work. This can create wonders as by socializing or networking with your colleagues in an informal setting, you can easily connect with them well. Another way of socializing is to have lunch with your co- workers or going out with them for a coffee break. While working in a corporate setup, it is very good to know your counterparts well.  Do not forget to thank them if they have helped you in some way.                      

5. Maintain a high standard: Portray yourself as a professional person by maintaining high standards.  High standards should reflect in your emails, phone calls and voicemails. For example your emails should have a proper subject line and should be uncomplicated. Similarly while receiving any phone call you should sound enthusiastic and cheerful, this should also be reflected in your voicemails as well. Your high standard of personal presentation will tag you as an exceptional employee.
