This can create wonders as by socializing or networking with your colleagues in an informal setting, you can easily connect with them well. Another way of socializing is to have lunch with your co- workers or going out with them for a coffee break. While working in a corporate setup, it is very good to know your counterparts well. 5. Maintain a high standard: Portray yourself as a professional person by maintaining high standards. High standards should reflect in your emails, phone calls and voicemails.
