2. Have you faced any challenges before?

This can be a simple question to answer if you are an experienced candidate, as by now, you would have got to know about few challenges that you can expect in the workplace. If you are a fresher, you don’t need to worry to answer this question; you can answer any one of the challenges you have faced in your academic life and explain to them how you resolved it and how you got through that problem. Answer: “Yes, I met with few challenges at the workplace and the point to be noted here is, I didn’t feel shy at that point and I never felt to end my career at that point of time. I took up the challenge positively and that positivity inside me helped me achieve the success in the work that was assigned to me. I also learnt a lesson, never to ignore any mistake even if it is a minor one.”
