New Delhi: Hiring activities improved in most of the sectors in the first three months of 2011, says leading job portal Naukri.com. "The first quarter of the 2011 witnessed a healthy hiring sentiment as the Naukri job speak index for March 2011 is at 1,085 as compared to 1,050 in February 2011...," Naukri.com said in a statement. The job speak index is a broad indicator of hiring activities. Moreover, the job index in March this year is the highest ever since its inception in July 2008. Last month, hiring trends were most bullish in the IT and auto sectors. Telecom and banking segments also saw improving recruitment activities.
