Being Confident Even When Fired

In the year 2015 many large companies laid off thousands of employees in order to cut costs and a number of other startups were shut down due to lack of capital. Many other companies downsized quietly to increase efficiency and surviving the challenging economy. And so getting fired has become part of a common practice. It’s no more a sorrowful event. Employees on the firing line should engage their energies in finding out thousand other companies ready to hire them.
