Bangalore: Hardware, services and ICT system integration company HCL Infosystems has appointed Harsh Chitale as CEO. Based in Noida, Harsh will take over the baton of CEO from Mr. Ajai Chowdhry who will continue to be the Chairman. Harsh Chitale brings with him considerable experience in the areas of senior business management, system integration and lifecycle services buniesses, and succeeds Ajai Chowdhry, the company's CEO, who will continue to be the chairman with HCL Infosystems. Prior to joining HCL Infosystems, Chitale led the business of Honeywell Process Solutions for the North and South America region. There he was responsible for Strategy and Global Marketing for Honeywell Process Solutions, and played key role in driving three strategic acquisitions of Honeywell Process Solutions in Europe and Canada. HCL Infosystems Chairman Ajai Chowdhry said, "as the company continues to invest in India and emerging markets, Harsh will focus on enhancing the company presence, strengthening our System Integration and Services offering and capacity building."
